At PickHarbor, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with tags attached where applicable. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at pickharbor@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the request and provide further instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, including products that are used, opened, damaged after delivery, personalized items, and items specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved because the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide appropriate return instructions. For other approved returns, return shipping arrangements may vary depending on the product and circumstances.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing times.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may require additional information from the customer, such as bank account or other payment details, so that the refund can be processed.
Order Cancellation
